Engineers excecuted for collapsed building- Justice or not?

According to two Chinese newspapers, North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un ordered the execution by firing squad of 4 design and construction engineers who built the 23-storey building that collapsed in the capital of Pyongyang on May 13th 2014 leading to the death of about 500 people.
92 families lived in the building as at the time it collapsed and most of the people killed were top intelligence and security officials. Kim Jong Un gave a rare public apology to North Koreans after the collapse occurred and ordered an inquiry. The four engineers were reportedly executed last week.

The main cause of the building collapse remains unclear but shoddy construction is said to be a likely cause because onsite directors and workers often smuggle out steel and cement to sell in black market
Kim Jong-Un has been reported to execute anyone who falls short of his expectations, including members of his own family.

Is this justice or not? Were there investigations on true cause of collapse and was it traced to poor materials and work done by the engineers?

Jos explosion and how 400 people escaped death!

BLAST Over 400 football fans cheated death in the Saturday night bomb blast that rocked Bauchi road area of Jos. According to the Plateau state police, three people were confirmed dead as at yesterday night. New reports from Punch has however suggested the death toll has been raised to four with one the injured passing on early Sunday morning.
According to reports from Punch, the lone bomber had targeted a Television viewing centre where youths were watching the finals of the EUFA Championship League between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. See the rest of the Punch report… An eye witness, Alhaji Garba Ahmad, who said he lost his senior brother, Alhaji Bello, in the blast, stated that the bomber had first attempted to enter the viewing centre, but was prevented by a barricade erected along the road. He then turned back and tried to enter through a garage, but also encountered a wall between the centre and the garage. In frustration, the bomber packed the car, a Honda Odyssey, in front of a house. Ahmad said, “When we saw the car, unusually packed in front of our house, my brother challenged him. He told my brother that his car had a fault and wanted to repair it. My brother then asked him to take the car away. Sensing something unusual I went inside and asked all the members of our family to leave the house. Just as my by brother was persuading the man to leave the premises, he (the bomber) entered the car and immediately he started, it exploded, killing my brother, his son and his friend.” It was also gathered that the bomber had gone to the viewing centre earlier in the day.
Now i think Security agents need to educate the public on the best action when you see a suspicious car, considering confronting them will endanger life.

Creating a positive home environment via decorating!

Your home does not just provide a shelter from the outside weather, it also provides an environment where we can nurture, cultivate and grow our vital relationships which in turn impact on the larger society. So the home business is a key business cause it affects everything and I mean everything. You could get all the training on parenting and home management, yet ignore the importance of having a positive home environment via decoration. A positive , calm, nurturing and comfortable home environment enhances all human performance even parenting. Here are some tips:

1. Don't just flood the entire house with colors or items that drills only you just because you are doing the buying or paying the bill. Ask the opinion of other members of the household who are of age. Well of course if you are single and staying alone but if you have co-residence, ask their opinion especially when it comes to their rooms or other part of the house that is commonly shared. It creates a sense of belonging, ownership and knowing that your opinion counts even when you get out there in the larger society.

Jay Z and Solange goes shopping, guess the fight is over.

According to reports, Jay Z and Solange were spotted shopping for jewelry together yesterday May 13th in NYC. Guess it's their own way of saying, we are sorting things out or they might have reconciled. Anyways it seems like a good move.

People don't fight or quarrel to become enemies but to help understand themselves better so #reconcile with everyone you've had an issue with. It is godly it is sweet.

From TMZ

Jay Z and Solange Knowles went looking for jewelry together Tuesday afternoon at a high-end NYC jewelry store ... TMZ has learned.
Our sources says Jay and Solange were in Mr. Flawless, where they were looking for women's jewelry for around 20 minutes.
We're told the pair showed no signs strife, and looked at gems with Mr. Flawless himself. They looked, but tried nothing on. They left the store without buying anything.
Jay & Solange didn't talk much inside the store ... they pretty much just browsed quietly.

Amazing - 200 Boko Haram members killed by Civilians in an attack in Borno yesterday.

Article written by Dr. Peregrino Brimah for

The rise of the civilians against terror took the Boko Haram saga to a new turn in the early hours of Tuesday morning when citizens of Rann, headquarters of Kala-Balge local government area, Borno northeast, who had fore-knowledge of an impending Boko Haram attack, decided not to remain sitting ducks but prepared for battle.
According to reports we received from Civilian sources in Borno, over 400 Boko Haram terrorists stormed Rann and neighboring villages in the early hours of Tuesday, with their usual convoy of hilux trucks, motorcycles and APC (Armored Personnel Carriers) only to meet villagers ready for them this time. The civilian villagers pounced on the terrorists with mere rocks, bows and arrows, local Dane guns, swords and “charms,” but as we have earlier reported, Boko Haram are more frightened of Civilian-JTF than they are of the Nigerian army, and run from the civilians even if they - the civilians only have knives

Desperation weds Hope - A call to all NIGERIANS!

Desperation Weds Hope– A Call To All Nigerians!

How audacious, relentless and desperate it gets when your realities are actually the opposite of your hope. You step into the uncertain yet certain that things will turn out right. It’s like watching that knife cut through you yet it’s not a murder case, it’s just a surgery that is aimed at saving your life. So shhhhhhh we need to get through this successfully, your doctor injects this into your system, soliciting for your co-operation, yet he shuts you down with a dose of Anesthesia, oh how desperate you must be to get well just yet again. Aren’t we all desperate? Desperate to see things the way it ought to be because we are tired of the way things are, the way Nigeria is!

Desperation they say is the mother of change but wait o who come be e papa na? You can’t mother a child without a father right? So let’s marry Desperation to Hope and you are welcomed to this marriage ceremony- Desperation weds Hope.

This is just a simple and a well needed write-up to all Nigerians who are Desperately Hopeful for change, transformation, peace and security.

According to a BBC Africa report, the Minister of Special Duties says the Nigerian government is ready to negotiate with Boko Haram to bring back the abducted girls. Right after the bizarre incident that took place between Solange Knowles and Jay-Z, Beyonce was the one everyone looked at to determine how she was going to respond.  It appears that she has responded faster than some might have expected, with a very interesting post on her Instagram page about getting rid of bad influences in her life.

 Her prayer:
Something worth praying about- My prayer to God.
Lord, I lift up everyone of my relationship to You and ask that You bless them. I ask that each one of them will be glorifying to you. Help me to choose my friends wisely so I wont be led astray. Give me discernment and strength to separate myself from anyone who is not a good influence.I release all my relationships to You and pray that your will be done in each of them.

Such a deep prayer from Beyonce, may God grant her request.

We will not celebrate children's day if Chibok girls are not freed.

Dora Akuiyili flown abroad as health deteriorates.

Reporting from Info Nig.-
I just got reports that the former minister — Dora Akunyili has to be flown abroad as her health worsens.

Efforts are currently being made by officials of the foreign affairs ministry to secure an Indian visa for her as soon as possible because her doctor says any delay might be risky.
It will be recalled that Mrs Akunyili has been sick for a while, but showed up at the on-going conference in Abuja where she thanked those who stood by her and said she was getting better.

I remember speaking to a friend on this issue and he told me that it’s the handwork of evil people whose businesses the former NAFDAC DG shut down.

Please pray for her!
