Dr. Mike Adenuga boost Super Eagles to a win over France with the sum of $250,000.

Money goes a long way in engineering us to work hard for success. We hope all cash promises to the Super Eagles to win France will translate to goals.
 Daily Post:
The Minister of Sports, Hon Tammy Danagogo, has announced that Nigerian business mogul, Dr. Mike Adenuga Jnr, has sent him $250,000 for the Super Eagles, ahead of Monday’s round of 16 clash against France.

This news will boost the team, who failed to train last week due to a bonus row, until President Goodluck Jonathan intervened and promised they will be paid their allowances.

“He said this is a token and if the team goes ahead and shock the world he will join Mr President to shock the team,” Danagogo said, while making the announcement to excited players and their officials.

Midfielder John Mikel Obi, speaking later at the FIFA media briefing, promised that Nigeria will do all it takes to achieve victory.

“It’s a great opportunity for us and the weather will affect both sides but we hope to do what we have to do to win the match,” he declared.
