Reuben Abati the Presidential spokesperson have revealed in a statement the true state of the president's health. In his statement, he has denied media reports that the president is sick. He left the country for Germany on Friday August 22nd, for a private visit not for medical reasons.Read his statement below:

"Before leaving Nigeria, I issued a statement that the President will be embarking on a private visit to Germany with a few of his aides. On Saturday, I sent out a statement that the President spoke with the Falconets on the telephone. I also sent out the video and audio of his conversation with the players where he promised to stay awake and watch the final match. The NTA and some other broadcasting stations aired the video and audio. There are also photographs out there showing the President when he was leaving Nigeria and when he was arriving Germany. The President is hale and hearty. In fact, he is treating files in his hotel room. Are these not enough proofs that Mr. President is not sick as they want Nigerians to believe? It is important to note that the publisher of the newspaper that has been writing this false report is a chieftain of an opposition party who also have an ambition to be President.” Abati said...

How to be a successful Magician- You will thank me for this.

Am not saying we should disappear and reappear or beat world known magicians like David Copperfield, we might not have that magical power but one thing we can all do is reinvent ourselves in ways that look magical.

I throw in some news and event from time to time just to give you basic knowledge on current affairs but my main focus for this blog is to inspire change. Realized that refusal to change is the stronghold of all human struggle and one of the most difficult things in life is change.

Don't we all love what’s new, exciting, and a little bit out of the norm - but yet most of us are more comfortable in our safety net of routines, tradition or stability. A web that changes nothing.

Unfortunately, when we’re the ones who are in it -we can’t always identify, let alone transcend, those ideas and values about ourselves that we’ve outgrown, and need to change
The featured before/after photos are ladies who took the chance to change their looks. Awesome, how great and impactful we become when we apply some knowledge.

Silence is golden but you must speak to attract Gold- A must read!

Silence is golden but you must speak to attract Gold. When we feel in our hearts, a strong conviction to do something or a strong feeling about something and remain silent in Fear of the outcome, the reactions, or the response. Many times we have stood in the midst of injustice and whilst we did not support the action, we chose to keep quiet and pass by, saying and doing nothing.

We are in a season and a generation where you must SPEAK OUT to be HEARD. Growing up, I remember being on a program called ‘Speak Out’, this was an NTA (Nigerian Television Authority) program designed to encourage young people to debate on relevant societal issues. Although I doubt if the program is still on air today, it was designed to create a new breed of vocal young people. People who are determined to make their voices heard. People who know that the only way to make that long desired difference in their families, churches, mosques, communities, countries and continents and the world in general, is to SPEAK OUT.

I did not say President Jonathan is a Tyrant- Mallam Nuhu Ribadu

Events in Nigeria politics are changing so fast that it's becoming really difficult to keep up with who said what. And am sure you agree with me. Mallam Nuhu Ribadu who was recently reported as labeling the country a 'sinking ship' and the President a 'tyrant' has denied sure allegations. He through his media assistant, Abdulaziz Abdulaziz has pleaded not guilty and denies attending such an event.

It was earlier reported by news platforms that Ribadu made the comments at a lecture in Kaduna on Saturday, 16 August. It was alleged that he said Nigeria, under President Goodluck Jonathan, “was a sinking ship in which the yearnings of the masses were being neglected by a tyrannical leadership.”

The statement reads:

Uganda place female passenger from Nigeria in isolation unit for showing Ebola like symptoms.

"We have put all the necessary precautions to handle all the suspected cases and any confirmations," she said.

When they are no longer humans in the world- my 'Wonderland' experience.

Even though I hate to imagine they are some other specie of human creature locked up somewhere in the invisible world who probably have direct or indirect influence on the visible world, the inhuman nature of humans is forcing me to take a leave off my mind to a 'Wonder land' of their existence.

When we loose touch with our sense of been responsible for human life and happiness and plaque one another with untold pain, I get to wonder are they anymore humans in the world? The knowledge that others are suffering in ways incomprehensible to us should often spur us to want to ‘do something’. The desire to make a positive difference, to contribute to the world comes from within deep inside us. If you’re spiritually inclined, you might say it’s the calling of your soul or ‘higher self’. Whatever terminology you use, the emotional pain we experience when we discover people, animals or the planet being tortured, maimed or killed can feel like a sledgehammer slamming into our hearts. But with the trend of event, the world is getting really scary, more like we are Iron men or Robots who have no human feelings. And who will foster his or her cost even at the expense of human life or happiness.
